As a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, Ron has seen firsthand how mindset changes everything. He’s seen what separates progress from excuses: mindset.

In 2021, Ron built Be•Legendary for those committed to growth — whether training at home, in the gym, or wherever life demands strength — and for those who want comfort, performance, and a daily reminder of their potential.

Stacy, graphic designer and health coach, brings the brand’s vision to life. After overcoming two torn ACL injuries — healing one naturally — she knows firsthand that resilience is forged through discipline.
